Cypress West Partners (CHP) recently completed a sizable LA-area medical office property acquisition, having paid $29 million for a 76.8k sf ($378/sf) building in Glendale. The property is located at 1500 E Chevy Chase Dr, West of the 2 Fwy and North of the 134 Fwy. Built in 2008, the four-story building is situated on a .69-acre lot on the Glendale Adventist Medical Center campus.

This acquisition is one of two very recent SoCal medical office buys for Cypress West Partners. The company also purchased a 23.3k sf, two-story medical office building located at 22032 El Paseo in Rancho Santa Margarita for $7.8 million ($335/sf).
